Are your products vegan / cruelty free?
Yes.
When will my order arrive?
We strive to ship your orders within 2 business days of successful payment of order from Monday to Friday.
Transit time to Europe: 7–14 business days (10 day average)
Transit time to the rest of the world, including USA: 14–40 business days (20 day average)
All orders are shipped without a tracking number. Please note we cannot track your order once it's sent from us. So far we have a 100% delivery success rate, so we're confident your order will arrive in due time.
International customers should be advised transit times may be longer than normal domestic deliveries in their country.
Due to COVID-19 and flight cancellations, international shipments are most probably delayed. Please note we have no control over this and cannot guarantee your order will arrive within any given time period and cannot issue refunds for delayed delivery.

How much is shipping?
Our current flat rate shipping cost can be viewed during checkout and before payment.
I entered an incorrect shipment address on my order.
If you realize the mistake and you have not received a shipment confirmation email from us yet, please email us at hi@glitterlustnails.com immediately to fix the information. If the mistake is realized after your package has already been shipped, no replacements or refunds will be honored. It is the customer's responsibility to enter in the correct shipment information.
I think my package is lost.
Please contact us at hi@glitterlustnails.com if you have not received your package after 60 business days.
My item(s) arrived damaged.
Please contact our customer support at hi@glitterlustnails.com with a brief description and photo of your issue and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I received the wrong item(s) / my order is incorrect.

I was charged a customs fee.
Customs fees for international orders may occur. We do not charge your customs fees and are not responsible for any charges you incur on your international order. Please review your country's customs policies and charges.
I want to cancel or change my order.
To cancel or alter an order, please notify us immediately. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
Refund policy:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return. We only accept returns on unopened and unused products. Return shipping cost shall be paid by you. Please contact us at hi@glitterlustnails.com to start your return process.
