Shipping policy

We strive to ship your orders within 2 business days of successful payment of order from Monday to Friday.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the worldwide pandemic and flight cancellations, international shipments are most probably delayed. Transit times may take as long as 60 business days to USA. Please note we have no control over this and cannot guarantee your order will arrive within any given time period and cannot issue refunds for delayed delivery.

All orders are shipped without a tracking number. Please note we cannot track your order once it's sent from us. So far we have a 100% delivery success rate, so we're confident your order will arrive in due time.

International customers should be advised delivery may be longer than normal domestic orders in their country.

Customs fees for international orders may occur. We do not charge you customs fees and are not responsible for any charges you incur on your international order. Please review your country's customs policies and charges.
